*For a $5 weekly fee ($15 for non-members), participants will enjoy a special theme each Wednesday afternoon/evening while golfing the course anytime between 2:30 pm until sunset. Please sign up ahead of time for tee times with each golfer’s name. Let the clubhouse know if you would like to be added to a golfing group or would like to have golfers join your group (4-6 in a group).
*Each golfer who participates in the theme will receive a free bottled beverage!
*Personalized “event flags” will be made for each golfer (to help us follow CDC guidelines):
--Closest to the Pin.
HCCC staff will wear gloves to collect the flags at the end of the evening. The flags may be kept at the clubhouse, so that golfers are able to retrieve them for future Wednesdays ($1 fee for lost flags, if they are not stored at HCCC).
*The three event winners will receive a small prize, along with joyful recognition! There will not be any prizes awarded for lowest scores, so Golfing Gals may choose to "compete" individually, or as a 2- 5 person scramble team, adding their own degree of a “reward system” within their group.
*Photos will be taken and posted each Thursday: "Most Adorable" and "Zaniest" Recognition and a small prize will be awarded on the following Wednesday.
* “Photo Board” & Online voting will be available via our FB page (all who pay the participant fee are entitled to vote) ...or you may send Bonnie a text message with your voting choice. Voting will close each Tuesday evening so that the winners can be announced as the new theme begins.
